4. Ayyukan software na asali na BMS

 

l Aikin aunawa

(1) Ma'aunin bayanai na asali: sa ido kan ƙarfin batirin, siginar wutar lantarki, da zafin fakitin batirin. Babban aikin tsarin kula da batirin shine auna ƙarfin lantarki, wutar lantarki, da zafin jikin ƙwayoyin batirin, wanda shine tushen duk lissafin matakin farko da dabarun sarrafa batirin.

(2) Gano juriyar rufi: Dole ne a gwada dukkan tsarin batirin da tsarin wutar lantarki mai ƙarfi don kariya daga rufi ta hanyar tsarin sarrafa batirin.

(3) Gano makullin haɗin wutar lantarki mai ƙarfi (HVIL): ana amfani da shi don tabbatar da ingancin dukkan tsarin wutar lantarki mai ƙarfi. Idan aka lalata ingancin da'irar tsarin wutar lantarki mai ƙarfi, ana kunna matakan tsaro.

lGudanar da ƙarfin lantarki mai girma da ƙasa

Idan aka saba kunna na'urar, VCU tana farkar da BMS ta hanyar layin tauri ko siginar CAN na 12V. Bayan BMS ta kammala duba kanta kuma ta shiga jiran aiki, VCU ta aika da umarnin babban ƙarfin lantarki, kuma BMS tana sarrafa rufewar relay don kammala haɗin babban ƙarfin lantarki.
